Vice President: Mrs. Nicole Willis-Moorer, a caregiver with over 20 years of experience as a home health aide and administrator in the Chicago Public Health Department. Nicole has also served as Vice President of Moorer Customer Care Solutions Consulting and Dr. C. Moorer & Associates, Inc., NFP., a registered 501c3 scholarship and grant-providing organization, since 2010.
